Directories of Best Qualified Patent Agencies among Belt and Road Partner Countries (BRPC)
為了進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化共建“一帶一路”國(guó)家在專(zhuān)利代理領(lǐng)域的民間交流與合作，中華全國(guó)專(zhuān)利代理師協(xié)會(huì)倡議開(kāi)展共建“一帶一路”國(guó)家專(zhuān)利代理機(jī)構(gòu)意向服務(wù)名錄交換項(xiàng)目。該名錄已收錄了來(lái)自中國(guó)的122家專(zhuān)利代理機(jī)構(gòu)，以及來(lái)自波蘭、塞爾維亞、白俄羅斯和老撾四個(gè)共建國(guó)家的107家專(zhuān)利代理機(jī)構(gòu)的信息。創(chuàng)新主體等可通過(guò)查看名錄獲取相關(guān)專(zhuān)利代理機(jī)構(gòu)的名稱(chēng)、聯(lián)系人及聯(lián)系方式，基于平等、自愿的原則按需選擇列入名錄的代理機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。具體參見(jiàn)附件。
To strengthen communications among the non-governmental organizations who have the intention of cooperation in the field of patent agency, All-China Patent Attorneys Association propose to carry out the Program for the Exchange of Directories of Best Qualified Patent Agencies among Belt and Road Partner Countries (BRPC). The complete directory of this program contains 122 patent agencies of China, as well as 107 ones from Poland, Serbia, the Republic of Belarus and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Innovative entities are able to get access to the name, contact person, and contact number through the directory, and choose the agency listed in the directory to conduct relevant business on an equal and voluntary basis.
